Reliable Media Filtration System in India

Key Components of Media Filtration System in India

Water Treatment Plant is meant for removing the suspended impurities, metal, and ionic impurities. The suspended impurities are removed by a simple Media Filtration System in India, where particles as small as 30 microns are targeted for removal. This system is widely used in reclaiming water from ground or surface sources. The primary goal of implementing a water treatment plant is simple filtration, which ensures the removal of all suspended impurities. The smaller particles that cause turbidity are removed through microfiltration and ultrafiltration, where particles as small as 0.015 microns can be filtered out. These processes also eliminate up to 99% of bacteria and viruses, ensuring the maximum reduction of pathogens.

Dual Media / Pressure Sand Filter

We Design, Manufacture, and Supply Pressure Sand Filters. Sand filters are used to remove suspended solids and turbidity from the service water. If the turbidity of the service water is greater than 1 NTU, a Media Filtration System in India is required. The media filter is typically located upstream of the water treatment system to protect downstream equipment from suspended solids. The material of construction for the pressure vessel is MS, SS, and FRP. These systems are available in fully automatic, remotely operated, manually operated, or with multiport valves.

Activated Carbon Filter

We Design, Manufacture and Supply Activated Carbon Filter . ACF are used for removed of Organic Matter, Suspended particle, free chorine from water both coarse as well as colloidal, Colour and odour removal .Activated carbon has derived from Charcoal and Coconut shell. Material of construction for Pressure vessel is MS, SS, and FRP.

Gravity Sand Filter (GSF)

The main components of a rapid gravity sand filter include the filter media, gravel support layers, and the filter underdrain. The underdrain supports the filter medium and gravel, collects filtered water evenly from the bottom of the filter, and distributes air and water evenly across the bottom of the filter during backwashing. The even distribution of backwash water is particularly crucial for the filter’s efficiency. The effectiveness of the backwash cycle directly impacts the filtration system. Gravity Sand Filters (GSF) are ideally used for village water supply and remote locations in India, forming an integral part of the Media Filtration System in India.

Iron Removal Filter

The principle of the Iron Removal Filter (IRF) is based on manganese dioxide, which precipitates iron and holds back the precipitated matter on the filter bed. This filter is mainly used to remove iron from underground water sources. The material of construction for the pressure vessel is MS, SS, and FRP.
